ARGUMENTS
       ioc
           Pointer to MPT_ADAPTER structure

       pEventReply
           Pointer to EventNotification reply frame

       evHandlers
           Pointer to integer, number of event handlers

DESCRIPTION
       Routes a received EventNotificationReply to all currently registered event handlers.
       Returns sum of event handlers return values.
