       rio_request_mport_dma - request RapidIO capable DMA channel associated with specified
       local RapidIO mport device.

ARGUMENTS
       mport
           RIO mport to perform DMA data transfers

DESCRIPTION
       Returns pointer to allocated DMA channel or NULL if failed.
