Unused deposits, within 6 months, can be reclaimed at 75%, and keep 100% of their value. Unused deposits, within 12 months, can be reclaimed at 60%, and keep 100% of their value. Unused deposits, after 12 months, can not be reclaimed: 0%, and do not keep their value.
